What will happen to WAMUQ and how can I make any money back this?

I bought Washington Mutual a long time ago and have, subsequently, watched it deplete all the way to bankruptcy protection and off the NYSE. What should I do with my remaining shares? Maybe a cl action? Is there any hope for profit, or should I dump all of my shares now for something like 30.00 dollars?
