Is working out affecting my golf game..? what should i do?
Ok so i'm a decent golfer, usually shoot in the 80's, but i started doing p90x, (A workout program), six weeks ago, and slowly my golf game has been deteriorating. sometimes i am really sore and that might affect it, but i've been pulling a lot of shots low left, over hooking the ball, and my trajectory has flattened and i'm not hitting the ball up in the air as well as i used to. in fact . Also i used to play mostly a light fade or a straight ball, now i cant cut it even if i need to, and everything either draws or hooks. I also got my clubs re gripped, i dunno if that could have anything to do with it to? Does working out affect your golf swing this dramatically? Someone told me to hit after i workout but that's not feasible? Will that have an impact even if i were to do that? what should i do to get my old swing back?
