My friend was d badly last week? i dont know what to do?

My friend Ashley was d last week by her ex at a party and he got his friend to video it. She's completly broken and she attempted to jump off a building yesterday but her boyfriend persuaded her not to. I really don't know what to do. She's is completly petrified of her ex now and im scared of him too. I dont know whether i should go to the police or what? What is the best thing to do?
