My computer just crashed and I was wondering if iTunes can give you back TV Shows and Games back?

I have all my music saved and a few games, but I was wondering if iTunes can give you back lost TV Shows and Games that I bought. If they can't isn't that kinda wrong? Also can you Unauthorized computers? Because this second time my comp crashed I used 4 out 5 authorization things.
