What would you charge for a drywall side job?

Not sure, but it could vary depending on your region. I do minor "fix-it" repairs and such for a living and usually bill out $25 an hour depending on the job and how far it is from my house. You can still make decent money for $20 as long as it's right around the corner. That's a fair price, you just can't 'lay on their leg' hustle and you'll get more of those side jobs. If you have never finished drywall before, just know that it takes a 'touch' that takes a while to perfect. The first time I did it I swore to myself that I would never do any drywall again for as long as I live.
