How to deal?

Ok, so the people i work with are complete a holes..and i can't quit the job, because i need the money. But everyday i deal with people who just generally dislike me, and put me down right in front of me, i always take it..but honestly i can't take it anymore. I do my job, and do it efficiently...but apparently I am disliked because "i am too nice" The people i work with even treat customers rudely..and when i tell them to back off of people..i get hared even more..and my hours are cut..Any advise...or some good comeback...and please don't say quit..thanks guys. sorry for the repeat question..
