It would be plasma cells. Lysosomes break down everything, skin keeps everything out, mucous lining protects from all sorts of pathogens, and the lower pH serves to kill all organisms. Plasma cells, on the other hand, are only produced when a B cell identifies a certain pathogen, and they only attack that pathogen, making them specific.
