What to do for my 14th birthday party?

ayye there (: So, my birthday is in November and im turning 14. Im a typical teenage girl..I love being with friends staying out late and having a good time(: BUT i cant decide what to do for my party this year.. and I live in the midwest so it tends to get a little chilly sometimes snow. Last year I saw a movie and had a sleepover with my closest girlfriends. And in the past I've gone to the Dells, gone rollerskating, and had plenty of sleepovers. This year I want to invite guys and girls and do something inexpensive. Or have a small party with my closest friends and go somewhere expensive.? if that makes sense(: hahah . SO if you guys have any suggestions... PLEASE answer(:
