Should I invite a guy who I invited 3 times again when he never invited me so far? i have no friends plz help?

UMM, not to be rude but this all seems to childish. I know I'm only 16, but i see this all childish. You guys need to step and do something, if you guys want to be friends, then me friends and hang a bit, if not then dont bother
