Negotiation for orthodontics work?

Can I negotiate with my orthodontics to have a lower price? I met two orthodontics. The second one offers $1000 lower than the first one. But I want to have the first orthodontics do it for me since it is close to my house. Can I ask him price match or this kind of work is non-negotiable. Thanks for all feedback.
