Itunes store won't connect and I can't download torrents?

Call your provider's tech support number. Ask for help connecting to iTunes. DO NOT MENTION torrents. You're most likely downloading illegally, and you DON''T want to tell them that - they'll cancel your account. If torrents work once you fix the iTunes problem, fine. If not - well, your new provider may be blocking torrents. Nothing you can do about their preventing you from breaking the law.
