ITunes ipod touch help!!!?

i just got an ipod touch (16 gig) like 3 days ago and the first day i got it i jailbroke it. ever since then i just kept adding a bunch of apps and ended up with like 6 pages to this day... so anyways, when i tried to convert all of my Windows media player songs to iTunes, it only converted about half of them, so i youtubed "how to sync music with WMP" every comment said it was legit, so i downloaded the program. when i was connected it loaded something and my ipod worked on WMP. i look on my ipod tho and it had all the music taken off from my itunes that i had synced, and i though, sweet, i was going to do this anyways. so, i start syncing all of my music via WMP and it synced up my whole library (like 7 gigs of songs) and like 3 hours later its done. i turn on my ipod, but i dont see any songs on there or anything, but it still took the 7 gigs of songs i uploaded!!! so i go back to itunes to try and delete what i tried syncing but to make things worse itunes just didn't read my ipod. it lost all of my backup files and everything. what should i do?
