How can i lose weight ?
Firstly, do a search for healthy recipes, just because you're eating healthy doesn't mean you have to eat like a rabbit, there are so many things that look yummy. There are also a lot of nice healthy snacks but if you want a chocolate bar then have one, just as long as you don't go over the top, the reason people fail at diets a lot of the time is because they're too strict on themselves & then the temptation gets to them & they don't see the point carrying on with it. You also might benefit from going to a weight loss group, my sister did this a few years ago, she's 5 stone lighter & the perfect weight. She went to Slimming World (not sure if you're in the UK?) there you have the choice of which day you want to choose & you can swap whenever you like, on red days you can eat as much meat as you want & on green I think it's potatoes & then you're allowed so much of other food a day so you'll never starve, you can eat 100 potatoes if you like on a green day, god knows how you lose weight on it but people do. Also, if you know an adult who wants to lose weight you'll be able to go free. I'm not sure how much you weight though, they won't help you lose weight if they don't think you need to but they'll let you go under learning to eat healthy. To lose weight you also need to burn more calories than you eat, this doesn't have to be boring either, take a hobby up- swimming, horse riding, dancing, ice skating etc. or maybe if you can't do any of these, get a few workout dvds, there's quite a few out there that aren't that boring. If you eat healthy, allow yourself the odd treat & do some form of exercise you should lose weight gradually, this is the best way to do it, if you try & do it too fast you get thinner yes but you'll have stretch marks & a flabby belly.
