Fat Man Little Boy movie questions! Need help?

It's obvious this is homework and it would be a lot easier for you to just watch the movie. The movie is just that, a movie, it is not supposed to be a doentary. The movie has scenes that never happened: John Cusack as a scientist that dies from accidentally allowing two pieces of fusionable material to come too close to each other? It never happened. What is interesting is that, although the bombs were dropped within days of each other, they were completely different designs (fusion v. fission). Rather than concentrate on the movie, WWII, us v them, view a couple of these questions from an everyday perspective. How does teamwork relate to the success of ANY project? How does secrecy affect work of ANYONE?
